Growing up on the sandy shores of Prince Edward Island, my young heart was captivated by Lucy Maud Montgomery, whose books made my island famous. Reading and writing were my early passions, and they have stayed with me lifelong.  I moved to Texas in my twenties where  I met and married a Texan. We had two children together and camping took us on many adventures, leading to our decision to move to Idaho after visiting. We now live in North Idaho with our Aussie Shepherd, Riley, three cats, a coop full of chickens, a large garden, and acreage to enjoy. I work part-time as a home caregiver, as well as lead a local writing group, and mentor an online writing group. My passion is to share the beauty of God's creation with others, both in writing and photography.
